How to Price Your Online Coaching Offers

A practical guide for fitness coaches on structuring and pricing online coaching offers that clients understand and that keep your business sustainable.

Pricing is one of the hardest parts of running an online coaching business. Charge too little and you burn out serving more clients than you can handle. Charge too much without explaining your value and enquiries dry up. Here is a simple way to think about it.

Start with what you deliver

Before you pick a number, write down exactly what a client gets. How often do you update their programme? How often do you check in? Do you include nutrition guidance? How quickly do you reply to messages? Clients pay for outcomes and attention, so the clearer your offer, the easier it is to price.

Know your capacity

Work out how many hours a week you can realistically spend on online clients, and how much time each client takes, including check-ins, programme updates and messages. That tells you how many clients you can serve well. Your price should allow you to reach your income goal with that number of clients, not double it.

Build two or three clear tiers

Most coaches do well with a small set of options rather than one price for everyone. For example:

A programme-only offer with a training plan and a monthly update, for self-motivated clients.

A full coaching offer with training, nutrition guidance and weekly check-ins.

A premium offer with more frequent check-ins and priority messaging.

Tiers let clients choose the level of support they need, and they make your main offer look like the sensible middle option.

Reward commitment

Results take time, and so does building trust. Offering a better rate for three or six months encourages clients to stay long enough to see real progress, and gives you more predictable income.

Price for your market

Clients across the Gulf compare offers in their own currency. Make sure your prices are easy to understand and that you are clear about what is included. Avoid hidden extras that cause friction later.

Review regularly

Your first price is not your forever price. As your experience, results and demand grow, raise your prices for new clients and keep existing clients on their current rate as a thank you.
