Cancel and refunds
How to cancel a Koapath Coach plan (Core or Pro), how to ask for a refund, and what happens to your account and data. Where you cancel depends on where you bought the plan.
Effective:
Cancel your plan
You can cancel at any time, with no fee. First, find out where you bought the plan: on the Koapath Coach website, in the App Store, or on Google Play.
| Bought on | How to cancel |
|---|---|
| Koapath Coach website | Sign in at the coach website, open Billing, and choose Cancel subscription. That opens the customer portal, where you confirm. You can also use the link in your receipt, renewal or billing email. If neither works, email us and we will cancel it for you. |
| App Store (iPhone or iPad) | On your device open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Koapath Coach and tap Cancel Subscription. In the coach app you can also go to Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the period ends. |
| Google Play (Android) | Open the Google Play app, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Koapath Coach and tap Cancel subscription. In the coach app you can also go to Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. |
What happens when you cancel
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and your billing page shows the date.
- After that date your account moves to the Free plan. Your clients and data are kept. Existing records stay readable; adding more than the Free plan allows is paused until you upgrade again.
- Changed your mind? Subscribe again from your billing page, or re-subscribe in the customer portal before the end date.
Refunds
- First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, we refund it in full, for any reason.
- Renewals: if a renewal charged you and you did not mean to renew, ask within 3 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is always refunded, whenever you tell us.
- Otherwise: we do not refund a period that has already begun, and cancelling does not refund the current period.
- A refund ends the plan at once and moves your account to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
| Bought on | Who refunds |
|---|---|
| Koapath Coach website | Koapath. Email us (see below). |
| App Store | Apple, under its policy. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. |
| Google Play | Google, under its policy. We may also refund as a courtesy at our discretion. |
How to ask for a refund
Write from your account email and tell us the plan and the date of the charge.
We reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is issued it reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If a payment fails
If a renewal does not go through, we retry for a limited time and email you a link to update your card. Your plan stays active for a 7-day grace period. If it is still unpaid after that, the plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Your clients and data are kept. Update your card in the customer portal to restore the plan.
Trials and gifts
A free trial shows its length before it starts. A trial that asks for no card ends without any charge, and cancelling during a trial costs nothing.
App Store trial. On the App Store, Coach Pro includes a free 2-week trial for new subscribers. Apple decides who is eligible (once per Apple ID per subscription group). To avoid any charge, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial ends; otherwise your Apple ID is charged the Pro price shown for the first paid period. Apple handles trial and refund requests for App Store purchases (reportaproblem.apple.com). Coach Core and web purchases have no trial. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy.
A plan we give you as a gift is free. It is not a purchase, has no cash value, cannot be refunded, never renews, and charges you nothing when it ends.
